Every time I see Katie Couric on television, whether hosting the news or just as a guest speaker, she is wearing a horrible blazer jacket. It does not seem to matter whether it actually goes with the outfit, top, or neither. Who is styling this woman's wardrobe? There are some things you just don't wear a jacket with. It makes her look incredibly frumpy. Is is just me or what?
