It's such a piece of crap. If you want to play another gametype in the middle of an online game, you have to quit, and it brings you all the way back to the single player so you have to wait for that shit to load. Also when you lose connection it brings you back to the single player. And when you go into party mode, and nobody joins your game, you have to quit that and go back into single player to get to the menu to play a player or ranked match. Basically, GTA IV needs a real multiplayer menu that isn't in the middle of the game so that you don't have to load the whole thing every single time you leave multiplayer

Yeah I agree, and my other beef with multiplayer is you have no control over the rules of the game. Let's say you're just interested in free races, but hardly anyone ever sets it to that so you have to sit through 4-5 boring supercar races until someone finally picks free race. Shit sucks.
