I bought a brand new Huawei Ascend about a month and a half ago. Somehow, I guess it got wet. So I went and bought another brand new one about a week ago with the insurance claim. Pretty much the night I got it, it started shutting on and off randomly. The littlest tap on the touch screen would make it restart, or "reboot". So I thought there was a glitch or a defect in the phone. I took that phone back and bought another with the 3 day warranty, but it was STILL doing the same thing. So I went back to the Cricket store and got a new battery, thinking that was the problem. This worked for about 3 hours, then it started doing it again. I got a new phone and a new battery. Does anyone else have this problem?
Is anyone else having this problem with the new Huawei Ascend for Cricket?
