I have this device called a Rocket Hub from Rogers and subscribed to the 3G network along with the telephony service they promised to include voicemail, caller ID and call waiting. Well, so far I complained to Rogers about not being able to set up voicemail and they replied and said this was one of their issues they will fix. But now I see the caller ID is not showing any ID or number, so now I see Rogers do have a lot of problems including their unstable website that keeps breaking down. Why are all these things happening? Perhaps I should move back to Bell Canada and hope for better services there?
