Is Anybody Else Having Issues With The New Samsung Cablevision Boxes?

I am having alot of issues with this new cable box.If anybody else has any of the following troubles also can u please tell me what troubleshooting steps you have taken if you solved the problem.because these boxes are pieces of crap

1.Extremely Slow Boot Up Time
2.The Info Never Loads and always says Data Unavailable
3.When the Loading Data Screen Comes Up It Never Loads The Information.
