Not only is it disturbing that this question had to be asked at the Republican debates, what makes it worse is that three utter morons raised their hands.

It's a stupid question: do you believe in evolution? in what sense? Lots of things obviously evolved. THE SIMPSONS tv show has evolved, so it's crazy to ask a flat yes or no without giving them a chance to explain HOW they do or do not believe in it.
 
I find it ironic that Republican politicians feel they need to take a stand on the evolution vs. creation debate but believe the global warming phenomenon can go ignored.
