weeelllllll, be very careful that you dont offend anyone. I know if someone was trying to "embrace" my culture and did it through an unpleasing way, I would view them as a poser. At least you're openminded to other cultures, just dont take it too far.
 
I am an African American but I absolutely love Italian Culture: the food the language, the dress, the opera everything. Does that make me a poser
 
It's great that you interested in other people's culture but don't take it too far. People might think differently of you.
