is A1 car and F1 car are the same ?

A1 cars are all made by the same company, with the exact same specs (all Toyota)
This means the driver is more important

F1 uses cars from different companies, such as mercedes and ferrari.
As the cars are different, usually the best CAR wins, not the best DRIVER.
