is a well maintained toyota tacoma small truck with 200k mileage worth buying?

Yes. If all maintenance has been done according to the owner's manual and you continue to maintain it will be a good vehicle. The drivetrain maintained properly will well outlast the body and interior.
 
toyota's, honda's and datsun's are known for high mileage as long as you do general maintenance. Usually you will need a few minor repairs but it is alot cheaper than a new one.
 
I heard from someone that toyota truck can go 300k or more. I saw on craigslist a company is downsizing and selling their claimed well maintained small tacoma at a reasonable price. I am trying to get an idea in general how many more mileage I can get out of a 200k-mile truck. thanks.
