Is a urine test accurate to know if you have diabetes? Back in June I had a lot of the symthoms for it I went to the doctor and they tested me for it through a urine test. Every once in a while I get the symthoms of it tired, thirst, using the bathroom a lot and headaches. Like the other day I had pizza and a few munchkins from dunkin doughnuts and felt thirsty and had a headache. And every once in a while I have a dream I have diabetes.
