Is A Toyota hilux ute (petrol) with 250 000km for $10,000au too much?

The ute is perfect condition... Just that it's done. 247 000kms I'd that too much.. Wil it start to wear and get problems?? How many kms could it do with out stuffin up... It's 2002 4x4
