Worried Cultee

I have a friend who has started going to ARMS in Garden Grove (Association for Research in Metaphysics or something) and I don't know I have a feeling all is not what it seems there. It seems like a cult, but does anybody know anything about it and or tips on how to get them out of the cult? I really don't like that they go . . . HELP
