Is a person crazy if they talk to themselves knowing they are?

They only do this when no one is around.
Also, why do people make noise or grunts or whistle when they think of a stupid moment or when they think they could of done something differently, usually after thinking that they could of done something better. Thats a second question i guess, lol.
