is a legacy complete car audio system good?

im thinking about buying a complete legacy 800 watt car audio system on ebay for my 2004 honda accord. including shipping it will be about $350. i don't want something really fancy and was wondering if this was a descent system that wont break on me in a year or two. i listen to rock and generally don't have it up to loud. here's the link for it
