is a Kawasaki ninja engine (750cc) to much engine for a go kart?

i HAD a motorcycle and it caught on fire but the engine is still good so I'm thinking about making a go kart/dune buggy for it. its going to be a death trap but if i build it it will be awesome in the end. also do you know where i can get go kart plans or some sweet pictures of go karts that i can copy? thanks!
 
i think it would make a fun cart, but i would build my own frame because most probable would not hold up in the event of a crash. make sure you have a good roll cage and safty harness
