Is a Kawasaki Ninja 250 small enough for a woman to ride?

I am a 22 year old female, I am 5'8, Motorcycle aficionado's out there.... Do you think I'm tall enough to ride this bike? I want both my feet to touch the ground if needed, I'm still a beginner street bike rider. :) Thank you for your answers.
 
5'8", you be tall, my 5'2" wife nearly bought that bike until I showed her the BMW F650 GS 'lowered model'.
You should be fine if you take a MSF course!
