Is a job at ICM Financial (www.icmfinancial.com/) just a telemarketer job in disguise?

I applied for a job on Craigslist recently and got an interview immediately at ICMfinancial. The position was for a "managment trainee." Has anyone heard of this company or better yet, worked there?
