Is a jeep wrangler safe for 16 year olds first car?

I'm sixteen and i consider myself a safe driver. I have a lot of experience driving trucks, but thats about it. I live in the country where there are deer all over the road, which is one of my main concerns.
What are some safetry concers and what can cause the vehicle to flip so easy?

Don't even bother with a jeep of any sorts as a first car coz you will roll it soon enough. As you only 16 you'll need lessons (obviously) to pass your test and this will be in a small car with a lower centre of gravity therfore easier not to roll over.

Pass your test first then if you do get a Jeep then please do not take corners too quickly coz it will roll and god forbid you might end up hurting somebody else other than yourself.
