is a high mileage 2005 Cadillac Escalade AWD a maintenance nightmare?

There isn't much that goes wrong with an Escalade.

I say go for it, but do NOT take it to the dealership to get it serviced. Find a private garage.
 
I need an SUV in the Northeast to bring clients to the airport. What would be a better option, if any?
 
just buy a nice tahoe or yukon with less miles on it for the same price it is basically the same car just not as fancy the grills are different and the interiors are a little different. high miles on a car is always a nightmere
