...where can I buy one ? We are going to Spain at Christmas and hope to go fishing in Lake Vinuela.(Malaga, Costa Del Sol) as we will be staying nearby. I cannot find out if a license is required and / or where I can obtain one. It would also be interested to know whether there are any fish in there or anywhere else in Andalucia that is good to go fishing.
 
Do you intend using a trawler under Spanish licence to venture Irish and British territorial waters, Just joking !
