'Fraid not!
An elliptical bike is a device upon which "cardio" exercises can be performed.
A piece of equipment is not "cardio".
The term "cardio" refers to an activity that will raise a persons
heart rate.

This type of exercise is also known as "aerobics". Aerobics refers to the increase in oxygen intake through exercises.

It certainly is. My cardio routine includes 25 minutes on the elliptical bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I like using the random setting, which takes you to different levels, really works the muscles and gets my heart rate up. When I use the sensors to test my heart rate, it is at its max when I do the random setting.

yups you work up your heart rate enough so that it has the effects defined by cardio.

Of course. It will get your heart rate up, and that's what will burn those calories.
Remember, if you're sweating, it's working. If not, turn it up a notch.

whats an elliptical bike? Ive seen an eliptical before but never as a bike...anyways yea its cardio♥
