Is a Chrysler Concorde a good car in general?

I'm looking for a good starter car (I'm 15 and this will be my first car)
I need something dependable, with good mpg, and I've found a 2000 Chrysler Concorde I can afford. But I don't know much about Concorde's. So does anyone have any advice or have a Concorde and know a lot about them?
It's got a 3.2 engine and needs some light and engine work. I can get it for $2500. Is it worth it?
 
Look else where. My Concorde had the following problems all before 75,000 miles. Heater core ($1500) Leaking valve covers ($380). Power steering rack ($1200) A/C Hose ($450)
