Is a child under 10 who commits incest on a preschooler usually a victim of some kind of abuse? In your answers, please refer to "my friend" if you are or are not a victim or abuser. I don't want anyone to reveal anything private about themselves here. I can't find any statistics on this.
 
Most likely. Children who behave in that sort of way, especially when they are only 10 YEARS OLD must have had some sort of abuse, or some motive to do this... t.v. and computers might be an issue, because you can't always watch everything you child sees or does. This is probably not the problem, but their also might be other children at his/her school that are getting these kind of ideas in the childs head. I would definitely recommend that the parent get the child some sort of counseling.
 
Yes. Usually this is because it has been done to themselves. No child would do this if not introduced somehow to the concept in the firstplace.
