to look like a total gym body? I am interested in getting certified as a personal trainer focusing on seniors and women. I myself have done a remarkable job with my weight loss and am still working on it. I know that even when I get to my goal weight and continue to exercise, I am not one of those people that will look like Jillian Michael's. I am not sure if one has to look like that to be taken seriously. I hope to focus on senior group exercise as well as women and weight loss. Is there a demand for this type of trainer?
