Is a 85 Dodge 318 short block w/heads compatible with a 94 Jeep 318 motor?

I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needs a new 5.2L motor. I have found a 5.2L short block with heads that is out of an 85 Dodge. Will the 85 5.2L and heads work in my 1994 Jeep?
