How old is 3 month years in the roman calendar... It should say on the bottom (of the swing not the baby)... if you or if you mean the ones in public parks I think its size that matters. As long as you babies legs can bend at the knee (like sitting on a baby chair) you should be okay.

yes plus to snall my son is 7 months and does not even fit in one
and she cant even sit up yet just wait shell be thee in time

Why don't you hold her in your lap while you have a light swing?

Depends if they can sit up and have head control, which I would doubt at 3 months..
