Hi, i'm having 16 people for Christmas dinner this year. already thinking i must be completely mad.
I've purchased a frozen turkey buffet (a turkey without legs so it has mainly breast meat). It weighs 3.8 kilos and i will also be serving roast pork, ham, roast potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, green beans, brussel sprouts. For starter we're having pate and toast and of course there is plumb pudding, mince pies and other desserts.
Do you think i should buy another smaller turkey buffet or will i have enough meat with what i've bought.
P.S I like left overs for the next day.
