No. The person who owns it is trying to get a big bump for the low miles. And it's not worth it. The car is 10 years old. Many things can go wrong at that age. From expensive mechanical things to irritating stuff like trim falling off on the interior, door handles breaking, etc.
Sure its very low miles for a 10 year old car. But overall, it is a 10 year old car!
I'd book a car like that at $4000 and put it on our lot for $5998. I'd take any offer between $5200 and $5500.
That price is really pushing it's limits in value. In excellent condition, almost showroom quality with zero problems, scratches, dents, etc. lists for 7700.
Any problem with the car and you end up with negative equity real fast.
In another five years you can expect to have the car doubled in mileage which kills resale value.
easily .. those cars are awesome little things. if its in good cosmetic condition i'd say thats a great deal.
thats very low miles for a car thats ten years old.
