is a 1996 Honda Accord a good car for a 16 year old?

please tell me anything you can about this car.

the people were buying it off of gutted the inside and put in Nice grey Leather seats, fixed the windows (and are tinted), its a blueish color, has a sun roof, cd player, AM/FM Radio. rebuilt engine, double exhaust pipes.

looks pretty nice for an older car. but im worried it wouldn't be right for a 16 year old
 
it really depends on the 16 yr , is he/her a good driver or are they going to race it around. plus make sure you have a mechanic see the car first

but the car is very depenable car, it will last some time. i still have my 94 civic. 13years and still running better then ever.
