Is a 1991 jeep wrangler okay for driving each day in the winter?

I live in northeast ohio an i want to buy a jeep wrangler. i found an 1991 in amazing shape, (no rust). But my mom is worried that with being older the heat wont be strong enought, and or the windows will fog up when it gets cold. Will this happen. bc its older wit less technology. should i not get it? or anything i can buy to provent the problem if i will be a problem? thx
