Is 9 pages good for a chapter of a book?

I am writing a young adult book. It has action/romance/word distruction in it, and I wonder... is 9 pages good for one chapter? I have never writen a full book before, this is my first time, so I don't want to mess it all up. Please help!
LOL typo, when I said word distruction, I ment world distruction. :) sry
 
a 9 page book is good but you may want to make the other chapters longer. people will think that you cannot elaborate greatly on a thought if you just stay on one topic for 9 pages.
