Got it in March. Never got around to getting the touch up a month later because I was out of state. Then out of country. I'm planning on getting another one and could kill two birds with one stone, but I was wondering if there is a length of time where it's just not going to do anything for it or if I can still get it brightened or something.
Is 9 months after getting a tattoo too late to go in for your first "touch up"?
