Is 75% aeverage enough to get in U Toronto social science downtown?

The web info says they need mid to high 70s. I have 75 with a retake course. And r they going to look at my final marks in June? Then give offers? Ouac says they give offers no later than may 8. But guidence teacher says they will still give out offers near summer begin.
