I'm a college student, 20. I went away to college in a different state. I didn't take my car up, because it's old and my dad advised me not to take it up mountains. It's a 2000 oldsmobile Alero. This past year, my father canceled the insurance because it was wasting money since I wasn't driving it except from May to August. So would an insurance company give me 4 month insurance.
