Is 350 to much to change a igniton lock cylinder in a 1990 buick riviera?

Would it cost alot just to have the key program to my new cylinder if I buy one at the autoparts store.

yea get the whole ign changed for 125

Go talk to a locksmith. The dealers and shops will rip you off.
