I'm 20, female, 5'3, 114 pounds and I have some excess fat in love handles- and buttocks area. I was wondering whether 30 minutes on an exercise bike (apartment bike)every day is enough to get rid of my problem. During this time, it's displayed on the bike that I burn about 300 Kj. Also, twice a week I practice 25 minutes of Zumba (dance-fitness). The problem is I eat a lot of red meat and drink soda and can't really stop. (I don't have time to cook anything else) Do you think it's enough? I just want to get rid of the excess fat, not lose pounds.

Yeah you shouldnt want to lose weight as you seem to be at a nice weight now. If you want to just burn the fat, then I would suggest upping the amount of time you spend doing cardio. You may also want to start jogging as that is the best way to shed pounds. Riding the bike is good but it is too low impact.
