is 3.5 miles an okay place to start when running on a treadmill ? please read...

...if you exercise.? okay so I'm 13 and want to be a marine down the road. the only problem is i am NOT physically fit...
so three days ago i decided to try the treadmill and could barley push 1 mile. the next day 2 miles and today i forced 3.5 miles. i have been trying to be conscious on what i eat, but i'm not really sure what i should be eating.
i'm 5"6 and 145 pounds.
at night i have been trying to do 30 cruches...not all at once. i try push ups but i physically cant. and tips on what i can do to help with push ups and pull ups?



so any healthy tips or advice i would greatly appreciate. thank you.
