Is 3,300 USD a good price to buy a Yamaha Virago?

I found a used Yamaha Virago 535 from 2003 with 2,700 km on it.
The bike, as per my opinion, is in tip top condition, no accidents.

What do you think?
What are the details that I should look for when buying it?

I'd say it's a good deal. My friend just bought a Virago that's 20 years older than that one for $1000. You should jump on that before someone else does.
