Is 2006+Toyota Rav4 better or the Ford terriotory?

I want tobuy a four wheel drive. It should have good looks and should be a good popular and best 4 wheel drive. Which one should i buy.
If you have any suggestions whichone i should choose in these 2 or have any other 4 wheel drive suggestions please reply fast!!!!
 
Better yet, the federal gov't will let you compare side by side with stats from the EPA.

Get the Toyota though, always. Much better made vehicle, they will cost you less in the long run.
