Is $18,900 a good price for a brand new 2009 honda accord?

i'm buying a car, and i was wondering if that was a cheap deal on a brand new honda accord with only like 30 miles on it. if not, what would be a cheap deal? thanks!

Either way in this market I would ask how close to $15,000 they can get. Around here in my parts you can pick one up for about $13K.
