Is 1700rms enough watts to power two 15 kicker L7's (2000rms total)?

1700 watts is all i can afford to power but i already got a 15" L7 and i was gonna pick up another meaning i would have to come up with 2000rms, but will 1700 be close enough or will 150 short per sub matter significantly? they will both be in an atrend sealed box (5.0cf each) my alternator will peak at 200 amps at 1200rpm's and the 1700 amp has a 160 fuse hence why this would suit me better if i can get away with it cause next option is a 2100 amp it requires 200 fuse meaning it could kill the alternator right?(trying to do this inexpensive as possible) thanks in advance for help
