I am 17, been driving a car since i was 12, riding since i was 11. i have to drive over a mountain pass every day and gas is gettin real expensive to go to school. i am considering a 600cc sport bike of some kind, because i am a pretty big boy, 6'3 185lbs. i know it is a potentially dangerous situation. but i ski race and pretty much live at high speeds on snow (over 85) so i am very very comfortable with it. any opinions? am i to young? to much testosterone for my own good?
my bad. i stated the question poorly. It would be a summer bike only. i was just sayin that i am very comfortable at speed. so on dry roads. over an interstate mtn pass...good idea, bad idea

LIfe span of a bike is 6 month, before the user crashes the bike to bad to drive, crashes it and scares tehm selves to bad to drive, or to hurt to drive.

Im not trying to scare you i love bikes its a good idea but 600cc sport bike on snow is kinda big, would look at a 400cc or something for a first bike.

Do you have anyone to ride with or to kinda guide you onto riding?
