Is $14,000, out the door, a good deal on this 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid?

Assured out the door, I'll be very assertive.
76,000 miles, owned by the local Ford dealership, used as their customer shuttle. This looks good to me, compared to Kelly Blue Book, and Edmunds online.
What do you think?

Been in the car business for some years, (not anymore) you seem to have done a good job booking it. $14K is the top I would go. If they don't take that walk. They will call you back. Watch the APR rate too. And do NOT buy an extended warranty. Good luck
