Is 13 too young for oral sex?

I'm 13 and I know alot of people who started have oral sex at a young age. But the thing is, my bestfriend is completely grossed out by the thought. I'm scared that if I start having oral sex, she will think I'm a little skank who's growing up too fast. What should I do, just have it, and do what I want, or, follow her advice.

AM I TOO YOUNG?

IF I DO HAVE IT, WHAT SHOULD I SAY TO MY FRIEND?
