is 120,000 kilometers alot for an 05 mazda 3 sport?

i went to the mazda dealership today and found an awesome mazda 05 sport HB but it has 120k on it already. I can get a warranty with it and the guy is giving me a good deal of 9500$ all in. Its a great drive and seems fine.. but should i beware? what kind of life can i get out of this car?
 
Really depends on the maintance that has been done. Has the car had regular oil changes? also has the timing belt been replaced? Also has the car been in any crashes?. How long is the warranty good for?. Like say if things have been done as I listed, Its a good deal. Mazda's are good cars.
