Is $11,000 a fair price for a 2005 Honda Accord value package with 32,000 miles?

I'm thinking of buying a used car, and wondering if $11,000 is a fair (or better yet, good) price for a car like this? The value package is the DX model, but is automatic, has air conditioning, and a CD player. It does not have power locks or side view mirrors. Thanks.
