is 106k miles too much for a SC lexus ?

i kinda love it but im afraid that its too much miles.. im only planning to use it for college years only then im going back to saudi arabia(my country) so im gonna sell it here before i leave..

is it realiable to use around the city ? what about highways ?
it costs 17k if it tells u something!
 
106k miles is definitely not too many miles for a Lexus and I would totally buy it if it was me. If its a dealer try and talk the price down and make sure you get a carfax
