Here's the story:
I'm 14, 5ft exactly, and currently weigh 113 lbs. I used to weigh 140lbs. I walk 50 mins 4 days a week, and I also jog for 30 mins everyday.
Here's what I eat on a typical day:
Breakfast:
Quinoa (I use it like oat meal)
250ml milk
Almonds
Cinnamon
Strawberries
Vanilla extract
CALORIES = 422
Mid-morning snack
Strawberries
CALORIES = 30
Lunch
Organic cheese & herb puffs. (15g bag)
CALORIES = 67
Dinner
I have around 4pm)
spinach
red pepper
yellow pepper
orange pepper
cauliflower
brocoli
green lentils
organic salad cream
CALORIES = 190
There are some foods I take everyday just for the health benefits, I add them to my meals or inbetween:
Goji berries
Coconut oil
Ground flaxseed
CALORIES = 325
TOTAL = 1034
I forgot to add, I am still trying to reach my goal weight of 98lbs. I know I am at a healthy weight at the moment but I'm still considered chubby. & I have thunder thieghs!!!
