Is 06 Yamaha r6 for 6000 good?

The bike is in Excellent condition and up to date maintenance and its clean title the paint is perfect it runs perfectly fine nothing sounds wrong...but the bike has 10,000 mileage is that ok for 6000? or lower?
 
if you pay that for a 06 you are gettin your pants pulled down and spanked fork out another grand and you can get a 09 plate mate...
