Iron Deficiency Anemia?

I think I may have Iron Deficiency Anemia. But, I'd like some insight from people that have/had it.

Okay so, my symptoms include: exhaustion, fatigue, lightheaded, feeling faint, muscle twitching, palpitations, weakness.

I'm quite worried, I've felt lightheaded for two weeks straight. Today I've felt extremely weak, I could barely stand up for more than a few minutes.

Does this sound like Iron Deficiency Anemia?
